A multi-cutter guide that can perform cross-cut tests, grid tests, and X-cut tests (at a 30° angle) for thick films over 250μm using adhesion tests. With this single piece, you can conduct tests with 11 lines at 1mm intervals (100 grid tests), 6 lines at 1mm intervals (25 grid tests), 6 lines at 2mm intervals (25 grid tests), 11 lines at 1.5mm intervals (100 grid tests), 6 lines at 3mm intervals (25 grid tests), and X-cut tests (at a 30° angle). Additionally, it can be used for five different applications, including a wet film thickness gauge for measuring the thickness of uncured coatings, a ruler, and a sag tester used for droop tests.
